GITO® Innovate: Reframing ITSM from Gatekeeping to an Innovation Operating Model Webinar

20 October 2026 (Tue) | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (UCT +8)
Live online, hosted by itSMF Malaysia & MindMagine
Completely free, but seats won’t last

In many organisations, IT Service Management means moving requests from open to closed, one at a time. GITO Innovate presents a different model. It builds structured creativity, idea generation and value creation into the daily work of delivering services, so innovation becomes a repeatable habit rather than an occasional workshop.

This free session is a collaboration between ITSMF Malaysia Chapter and MindMagine. MindMagine provides the speaker, and ITSMF invites its members to attend.

Why change control needs a compass, not a traffic light

In a traditional ITSM setup, change controls behave like heavy traffic lights. Work queues up, delivery stalls and frustration grows. GITO replaces the gate with a shared compass that gives direction without stopping movement.
