COBIT® 2019 provides a comprehensive framework that assists enterprises create optimal value from IT by maintaining a balance between realizing benefits and optimizing risk levels and resource use. COBIT® 2019 enables IT to be governed and managed in a holistic manner for the entire enterprise, taking in the full end-to-end business and IT functional areas of responsibility, considering the IT-related interests of internal and external stakeholders.
This Foundation course is intended for new users to COBIT who are interested in achieving the foundation certificate. It provides an overview of the main concepts of IT Governance according to COBIT® 2019, ISACA’s latest governance framework, and how they can be applied. This course and the COBIT® 2019 Foundation certificate are mandatory for additional COBIT® 2019 training, including the COBIT® 2019 Implementation Course and Assessor Program Training.

- 75 multiple-choice questions
- At least 49 marks are required to pass (out of 75 available) – 65%
- The exam lasts 120 minutes
- Closed-book
- Online exam
