PRINCE2 7 Practitioner Training: Apply the PRINCE2 Methodology in a Practical Setting

The PRINCE2 7 Practitioner course builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in the PRINCE2 7 Foundation course and enables learners to apply the PRINCE2 methodology in a practical setting. Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to:

• Apply the PRINCE2 principles in context
• Apply effective people management in successful projects
• Apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2 practices in context

The PRINCE2 7 Practitioner course also prepares learners for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. The exam covers the following topics:

• Application of the PRINCE2 principles in context
• Effective people management in successful projects
• Application and tailoring of relevant aspects of PRINCE2 practices in context

By completing the PRINCE2 7 Practitioner course and passing the exam, learners will demonstrate that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to apply the PRINCE2 methodology effectively in a variety of project environments.
