The Innovation Accelerator workshop is designed to help leaders and coaches in organizations develop the skills and capabilities they need to lead and implement innovation initiatives.

The workshop is focused on our clients’ current challenges and is preferably executed with a specific challenge or problem that participants like to solve.

During the workshop, participants will go through a series of interactive workshops to experiment with Design thinking, Lean startup, and Agile delivery principles.

At the end of this Innovation Accelerator workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand the customer and how the customer experiences the services and/or products.
  • Understand the importance of approaching problems and solutions from a holistic view through value stream mapping.
  • Be able to detect root causes with several problem-solving techniques.
  • Understand the power of quick wins and low-hanging fruits approaches.
  • Define a target operating model.
  • Set the required measurement cascading to measure success.
  • Set the foundations for a successful Agile delivery.

Workshop Approach

The workshop is delivered through short theoretical sessions and refreshers (15%), hands-on experimentation and exercises (65%), and feedback/retrospective sessions (20%).

The principles used in the workshop ensure a sustainable learning experience that can be reused in the organization.

The central theme in this workshop is the flow in Design Thinking, Lean Innovation & startup, and Agile delivery as depicted below.

We assume the workshop participants have a basic understanding of Design Thinking, Lean Innovation, and Agile execution, we build on this basic understanding.
